We’re excited to share a new chapter for our youth ministry!
This year, our Teen Club and Student Impact programs are coming together under one new name: ROOTED.
ROOTED will bring students from Grades 5 through 12+ together for games, activities, fellowship and special events. To keep conversations relevant, students will split into two age groups (Grades 5–8 and Grades 9–12) for discussion time.
ROOTED will meet on Tuesday evenings. We’re excited about this new opportunity to bring our students together and create a consistent space each week to connect, learn and grow.
The name ROOTED comes from Colossians 2:6–7, where Paul encourages us to be “rooted and built up in Christ and established in the faith.” That’s really the heart of what we want for our students. We want them to build strong relationships, grow in their understanding of God and Scripture, ask honest questions, and
ultimately develop a faith that they truly own for themselves. Our hope is that ROOTED will help students discover, own and live their faith—growing together while becoming increasingly rooted in Christ.
We invite all students in Grades 5 through 12+ to come and be part of ROOTED on Tuesday evenings. Come join us, bring a friend, and help us begin this new chapter together!
Our new season launches with a BBQ kick-off on Tuesday, September 29 at 7 pm at Community CRC! Enjoy food, games, and an introduction to this season's Bible study theme. Look for an email with RSVP coming soon.

Cadets is for boys in Grades 2 to 8, with boys in Grades 9 to 12 serving as Junior Counselors. Cadets is “helping boys grow more Christlike in all areas of life”, including spiritually, emotionally, physically and socially. Through Bible reading, prayer, crafts, activities, service projects, and fellowship, the counselors encourage the boys to learn more about God’s Word and His world and what “Living for Jesus” looks like. Community CRC Cadets meets every Monday 7:00-8:30pm during the ministry year.
