Facility Rentals
Community CRC is proud to be an active part of the Kitchener/Waterloo Region and a supporter of local community events. Our facilities are available to both our congregation and the wider community. We invite you to explore our spaces through an online tour below or contact our office to arrange an in-person visit.

A $100 non-refundable deposit, third-party liability insurance (minimum of $2 million) and signed rental agreement is required for all rentals.
Due to the high volume of rental requests, our church does not rent its facilities for birthday parties or showers. Our priority is supporting community events, concerts, ceremonies, church ministries, and non-profit gatherings.

Accessibility and Safety
- Building is one level and wheelchair accessible
- Ample parking is included with 380 parking spaces for your convenience
- Automatic door openers at entrances
- Weather canopy over main entrance doors
- Wall-mounted defibrillator unit in front foyer
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building with guest access provided
- Washroom facilities are included with rentals (including accessible family washroom)
- T-loop and listening devices are available in the sanctuary for the hard of hearing
- Safe Church policy guides how operations function throughout the facilities
