Kitchen

The kitchen is not a licensed commercial kitchen and cannot be used for meal preparation. The kitchen may be used for “warming” purposes only and is classified as a servery. 

Dimensions: 18' x 28' (414 sq. feet)

Features: 

  • Large kitchen with centre island for easy prep 
  • Instructions posted for use of kitchen equipment (must be followed) 
  • Roll-up windows provide easy access to the gymnasium 
  • Outside catering may be used with a caterer agreement 
  • Private exit door to parking lot (easy access for set up/catering/clean up)
